1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened perfume bottles.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

3. Faulty or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@oriaana.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
